San Francisco Theater Festival 7/26/09 - Sid Arthur excerpt

Postby Erik » Sun Jul 26, 2009 11:48 pm

I saw a read through of Sid Arthur earlier in the year and the 20 minutes or so that was performed today was completely different than what I saw previously. They did two songs, one I would assume would be called "Debunk Nation" and the second possibly "Monkeys in my Mind". It seems much more MUSICAL and a bit less dialogue. But significantly changed.

Vienna played piano throughout and the performance opened with what sounded like some signature VT GarageBand sounds.

This little excerpt for a work still in progress filled the auditorium to capacity - 220 people. I think this project is going to have a very long, successful run ahead of it 8)
