I found the following information today about the new VT album :

-> in http://jennyowenyoungs.tumblr.com/page/5 :
"Many of you will be excited to learn that Vienna’s new album has heavy prog-rock influences. Yaaaaay Pink Floyd."

-> in google according to the title Album :
-The album title is already used by T G Sheppard : Finally (Album Version)

I have no idea about trademarks and copyrights though...

If you check the cafe thread or the article, it looks like the album title will not be finally or FINALLY or Fueled by Nachos... it is tentatively titled "Inland Territory".
