Had some poi recently - first time, I think - and I thought it was very good!

Maybe I am mistaken, I think actually it was the son of Poi. I think it's called Poi-son.........

You are suppose to say you would love to see Vienna play in Honolulu at the venues I posted.

Oh yes.

I would love to see Vienna play in Honolulu at any of the venues
The Chairman mentioned.

Or in our classic restored theater in Hilo, or at the Volcano park, or ....

And I'll bring the poi!

and bring some Hawaiin Bar-B-Que or perhaps a bag of Kona coffee to give to Vienna. (....I think I read she likes coffee.....Get the Kona coffee from Fike farms. They say the Starbucks Kona actually is low grade) I will help finance it by turning in my diet coke cans for the refund. It should be about $1,000 bucks

Oh, now you've done it. You want some good Kona coffee? Now you (and Vienna) have to come visit. My wife roasts her own and has about a dozen different brewing methods. Her latest is a beautiful manual espresso machine. Supposedly makes a great cup, although I don't drink the stuff. (I do encourage her indulgence, though.)

And amazingly enough, there are no cafes here that really make a point of featuring Hawaiian coffees. And despite what the Kona folk will tell you, there is lots of other good coffee on the islands besides Kona, although Kona certainly is very good (so I hear - smoothness is its forte). Anyhow, that's our plan d here (and we're currently up to plan b) - to open up our Hawaiian cafe -where we will, of course, play and sell Vienna CDs! :>

You should start a Hawaiin Mexican Restraunt and instead of serving Frijoles, you serve, Poi-oles..........Blending New Mexico with Hawaii.

Seriously, it would be cool to see a combination cafe/coffebar with an area where Vienna could perform.

She would definitely look pretty good in dreadlocks, so I think this would be possible. Also she should wear the colors of green and gold to get the whole "Rasta" feel to the concert.

Have you been up north to Waimea, Scot? I hear it is like an old west style town. Sounds kind of strange since it is Hawaii. But my book says it is very beautiful.

It's actually the biggest cattle ranch in the country. Who would have thunk
it? Except that half the town has rain every day, if someone just plunked you
down in the middle of Waimea, I bet you'd be hard pressed to say you were
in Hawaii.

Found the perfect home in Hawaii for one of those "House Concerts" This house has Chairman Mo written all over it and even if it doesn't at the moment it would if I could get there with my trusty pocket knife.

They used concrete to stymie the termites, which prefer wood. All I need now is someone to provide me with 1,899,999.00 and I will pay for the rest......

The acoustics would be wonderful and the KLONG-YAW would never sound better.
