Vienna said the following about St. Stephens Cross during a concert I attended (in the Netherlands -> Europe). It doesn't really explain the story behind the song but it explains where the inspiration for it came from (I probably made some errors cause my recording sucks and I can't make out everyth...

What's the name of this awesome instrument?

I was at Vienna's concert on 12 March 2009, in Oosterpoort Groningen. And during "Blue Caravan" Alex Wong played this awesome instrument, that can't be heard in the album version. I have a short sample of it here: Sample Can anyone tell me what the name of this instrument is? It sounds so ...

Should anyone be interested, I uploaded all the Inland Territory songs from this concert (originally for David Beattie to use). Like mentioned, the quality isn't perfect, but if you wish to reminisce here you go: 03 - Antebellum 04 - In Another Life 05 - Kansas 06 - St. Stephen's Cross 08 - Grandmot...

Thank you for the welcoming, Scot and Walking Stranger  Oh my, really? It's already released here? I actually happened to look around on some (dutch) sites to see when it was available. But I guess I looked on the wrong sites, cause they only had Vienna's old albums! Well then I better go shop...

I have recorded this entire concert. But the quality isn't very good since it's recorded with my mp3-player. It sounds a bit distant (mostly before the intermission, I sat somewhere else afterwards, a bit closer) and it's a bit noisy at times. And occasionally you'll hear the person next to me cough...

Hi everyone! New here, born and raised in the Netherlands! I'm 17 and have been a dedicated fan of Vienna for well over a year. I was at Vienna's concert in Groningen (Oosterpoort) on 12 March, and it was awesome! (I just can't stop repeating how amazing it was - I'm driving my friends crazy). It's ...

Yeah, they are all 3 sooo kind! :D They signed tons of autographs after the concert I went to on Friday and they also didn't mind it when I ask for a picture together. ;) Lovely memory, hope to see them all very soon again! :D Haha, I wish I had taken my camera! And then if I could've gotten over m...

I wish I could've been there too!

Hehe, I might have been, if it weren't for this huge history test I have tomorrow (actually, what am I doing here?).

Yeah, after about 10-15 minutes after the show all three of them came back to sign posters and tickets.
I didn't know at first either! I almost went home too.
I have recorded the entire concert (for my own pleasure).
The quality isn't perfect, but I can upload Harbor anyway, if you like.

I was there, I had such a great time! :D I've been a fan of Vienna for over a year now, so I was euphoric when I heard she was coming to Oosterpoort, just 30 minutes away from my home! It was the best concert I've been to ^^ You made a little mistake in the setlist btw, Grandmother's Song was before...
